Late in 2015, three entrepreneurs realised they were successful — and still leaving results on the table. So they engineered the system they couldn’t find anywhere else.
Mike, Jacob and Alex are three high-performing entrepreneurs, always looking to take their productivity to the next level. One day, sitting down to discuss their respective businesses, they realised something: while all three were successful in their fields, each had room to grow in getting things done — and in getting the right things done.
Mike had a second child on the way, over $70,000 of debt, and the uncomfortable truth that most of his time wasn’t being used to his full advantage. He needed to take what he knew, apply it, and take his life to the next level.
Between them they brought backgrounds in program management, project management, digital marketing, eCommerce, education, business analytics, business administration, team leadership and entrepreneurship. They designed the planner and the PDW planning system with seven non-negotiables.
After months of design and testing, they released multiple versions of the planner and system to a select group of highly productive, high-achieving individuals — and to people who simply needed structure. The results blew them away.

Alex prefers spending less time planning and more time doing, so he shaped every feature of the planner to be understood by anyone — quick to fill in, impossible to ignore. Since testing began he doubled his income within 6 months and built a business that doubled revenue every 6 months for 2.5 years.
Jacob Rothfield
COO & co-founder
Started his career as an engineer, then moved into IT project management (Prince2 and ITIL certified), working for multinationals in China and India and managing crisis teams. Jacob learned the hard way that working on what's important beats working on what's urgent. Using the system he helped design, he grew a thriving business and managed over 10 property development projects internationally — in under 2.5 years.

Entrepreneur who owns and operates multiple businesses, specialising in project management, eCommerce and digital marketing.
