Lulu is our printing and delivery partner. Each planner is printed to order — processing normally takes around 3–5 business days.

Standard shipping
Once your order is processed, the following estimated times apply when selecting standard shipping. Tracking may not be provided.

Express shipping
Express shipping is available for all five countries, delivered Monday through Friday. Delivery windows are the same as standard above — express prioritises dispatch and handling.
Shipping disclaimer
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters and delivery restrictions may delay your order — affected orders may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive. We take no responsibility for delays outside of our control.
- Untraceable and Priority Mail services may take up to 28 days to complete delivery; orders not arriving within 28 days may be eligible for a reorder at the discretion of Lulu Support Staff (maximum one reorder per order).
- International Economy packages are delivered using the postal service of the destination country.
- Local customs and immigration agencies determine duties or taxes on packages arriving from outside the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Military APO/FPO and diplomatic DPO addresses must use US Postal Service shipping — express cannot be used. We do support Armed Forces Europe, Pacific and America destinations.
- Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico by mail take at least 14 days in transit; if transit exceeds 14 days the order may be eligible for a reorder at the discretion of our support staff.
